Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services that meet business requirements and performance objectives.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through performance tuning, code optimization, and system architecture improvements.

Ensure the security of our systems and data by implementing best practices for authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to address technical problems and incidents in a timely manner.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in Java development and fintech industry, and evaluate their potential impact on our systems and processes.

Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to automate deployment processes, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior developers, and participating in team activities and initiatives.

Review project specifications and resolve technical queries.

Draft method statements and rectify drawing inconsistencies.

Manage project planning, design, material procurement, cost control, supervision, and documentation.

Oversee construction activities, liaising with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical issues.

Ensure timely project progress and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Maintain compliance with the Company’s ISO system.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and messaging across various channels and platforms.

Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including website graphics, social media content, email templates, digital ads, infographics, and presentations, that engage and resonate with our target audience.

Develop brand guidelines, style guides, and design templates to ensure consistency and coherence across all visual communications and touchpoints.

Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event materials, that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement and conversion.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of visual designs into digital products and platforms, and provide guidance and support throughout the design implementation process.

Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and incorporate them into our design process to continuously innovate and improve our visual designs.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, and prioritize tasks based on business goals and deadlines.

Review and provide feedback on design deliverables from internal and external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand design requirements, gather feedback and iterate on designs to meet project objectives and user needs.

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to team initiatives and processes.
