Review project specifications and resolve technical queries.
Draft method statements and rectify drawing inconsistencies.
Manage project planning, design, material procurement, cost control, supervision, and documentation.
Oversee construction activities, liaising with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical issues.
Ensure timely project progress and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Maintain compliance with the Company’s ISO system.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by relevant Professional Bodies, professional institutions, or BCA.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in building construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels and fostering teamwork.
