Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including reception duties, mail handling, and office cleanliness and organization.
Oversee office facilities and supplies, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, including liaising with building management and service providers as needed.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.
Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations, ordering equipment, and coordinating orientation sessions.
Plan and coordinate office events and activities, including team meetings, social events, and celebrations.
Manage office budgets and expenses, track spending, and provide regular reports to management.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests, and escalate issues as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in office management, administration, or related role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to change.
