Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
Handle monthly payroll processing, CPF and IRAS tax submissions, and work pass administration.
Conduct onboarding and exit orientations for employees.
Maintain company insurance and handle claims, including WICA, medical, and vehicle insurance.
Provide HR-related advice and handle employee inquiries.
Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Oversee administrative tasks such as corporate event planning and petty cash management.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Profound understanding of HR best practices and relevant government laws and policies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
