Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough analysis of complex data sets, including market trends, customer behavior, and operational metrics, to identify insights and opportunities for business improvement.
Develop clear and comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI projections, and risk assessments, to support decision-making and prioritize project investments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to translate business requirements into actionable specifications and user stories for development.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements, clarify scope, and drive consensus on project deliverables and timelines.
Define and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses to identify potential risks, dependencies, and constraints associated with proposed solutions, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously evaluate and improve business analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of deliverables.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software development, IT consulting, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar.
Solid understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and solution design methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts into non-technical language.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in the technology industry or with tech-related projects is preferred.
