  • Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of commercial properties

  • Coordinate and supervise property management teams, maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and effective operation of building facilities and services.

  • Implement and enforce property policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities, and common areas to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Manage building maintenance and repair activities, including preventive maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and capital improvement projects, within budget and timeline constraints.

  • Monitor building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems, and implement maintenance and repair plans to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.

  • Coordinate tenant fit-out and move-in processes, including space planning, construction coordination, and tenant communication and support.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of building operations, maintenance activities, contracts, and vendor relationships.

  • Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, and address issues to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders through effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications in property management or facilities management are a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building management, property management, or related roles, preferably in commercial real estate or property development.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities management practices, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and security systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to achieve goals.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships, and effectively prioritize and allocate resources to meet business objectives.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to building management and tenant service.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in property management and building operations.
