Lead, mentor, and develop a team of facility technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance, productivity, and professionalism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and customer support, to coordinate facility activities and support the delivery of integrated services to clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data center operations and facility management, and incorporate them into our operations and practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
