Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, and communicate them effectively to project teams and stakeholders.

Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and consultants, to ensure collaboration, accountability, and successful project delivery.

Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning, to ensure they are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.

Monitor project progress, identify and address issues and risks proactively, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and minimize disruptions or delays.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, updates, and inquiries.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements, and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on all projects.

Prepare regular project status reports, progress updates, and presentations for internal management and external stakeholders, and participate in project review meetings and discussions as needed.

Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement, capture best practices, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Review project specifications and resolve technical queries.

Draft method statements and rectify drawing inconsistencies.

Manage project planning, design, material procurement, cost control, supervision, and documentation.

Oversee construction activities, liaising with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical issues.

Ensure timely project progress and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Maintain compliance with the Company’s ISO system.
